baking class

minggu ni masuk minggu kedua aku assists kat amy kat baking and confectionery class (praktikal). takyah cakap banyak. ni dia hasil untuk first class aku. pullman bread atau roti macam gardenia tu...



ni after proofing, the product are ready to bake. baking about 180C for 30 till 40 minutes.



here the products. we have Pullman bread, hard roll knot, baguette and hard roll. bangga rasanya walau baru buat basic product. agak-agaklah first class kan. so, be patience k.


here, today class. we prepared sweet dough. by using that dough 6 products completed. below 4 of them.


red bun, sausage vege bun, cheese bun and sardine bun, nyum nyum nyum... all the bread very very soft.




the students ready to collect their products. but taking picture first for their portfolio.

can't wait for next class caused i've learn many things from kak amy. kak amy really expertise pattisier due to 9 years experienced. 4 years at UiTM Dungun and 5 years at poli KK. i am glad to assists you sis.
